Knee pain eliminated
My husband and I took gelatin every morning after breakfast. In the first 2 or 3 weeks, there appeared to be no effect. However, the effects of both gelatin and the "chondroitin + glucosamine" complexes are cumulative. Now, a month later, both of us observe that the pain in our knees while squatting or kneeling has completely disappeared. Squatting noises have significantly diminished, by more than half, and my husband did not suffer from a spring exacerbation!
